Students were asked to draw a self-portrait figure drawing on their own. Then we drew our figure again by following the teacher's step-by-step procedure. We drew rectangle first for the torso, then another rectangle for the lower part of the body. We drew triangle for the pants. Two small rectangles connecting to each other for the arms.They show great improvement after knowing the correct proportion of drawing human body.
