The students made a stop motion animation movie. It is a filmmaking technique that makes objects appear to be moving on their own. How to make it work? You place an object in front of a camera and snap a photo. Then move the object a tiny bit at a time and snap another photo. Repeat this process many times. Next, play back the sequence in rapid progression, and the object creates an illusion of movement. Students exported their photos to iMovie to add background music and sound effect.
